- Always amazing how the liberals chanted for years how Al Zharwaki should be tried in a criminal court. There was more evidence than any of these targeted Americans that he was a terrorist, yet you agreed he should have his day in court. Not one of these 4 Americans got their day in court.

- Reid/Obama are trying to pack the federal circuit. Those judges have below average work loads, often at 50% utilization rate. Many can argue that there are too many judges at that level currently.

- Low information voter Pigotry... He is not confirmed, he passed committee. There is still an open subpoena that Perez refuses to answer. This will hold him up in the Senate. He was trading in law suits to avoid a USSC case he knew he would lose, this is considered highly unethical.

- For those unaware... they use "Alcohol related" intentionally to attribute as many accidents as they can to alcohol. If you have a 6 pack of beer in your trunk coming back from the store and an accident happens, it is alcohol related.
