Hackers: HealthCare.gov still riddled with potential security issues
Thu Jan 16, 2014
-sigh-. First only two portions of the law were before the Supreme Court: the medicaid expansion issue and the tax/mandate issue. Second, one issue failed (medicaid expansion) and the other survived. That is a 50/50 uphold rate and more issues are coming to the USSC this year. Thir …
Court appears ready to nix recess appointment power
Mon Jan 13, 2014
Not surprised to see Eric lying about the facts once again. Never has a President decided when the Senate was in session or not, Obama tried to with his appointments. Bush did not make any appointments when Reid issued Pro Forma sessions.

How dare they. We have never seen photoshops of Palin before. This is way out of line!
In mild rebuke to Obama, 39 Dems vote with GOP on 'Keep Your Plan' bill

Rick's Real, can you show me the passage where Jesus advocated for running for political office to force others into charity. I seem to recall he was pretty focused on free choice.
Gay discrimination vote highlights GOP's ideological struggle
Mon Nov 4, 2013
The bill is simply just a grant to lawyers as another avenue to collect revenue. There are already discrimination laws in the books. If you can prove a hostile workforce you can already sue.

In reply to: biiiyb0y You do know that the states that did not set up exchanges (due to the cost in creating/running the exchanges) were simply following the law as written? Why are you blaming the person who followed the law and not the architect of the law? That makes zero sense.
The Wendy Davis difference
Wed Sep 25, 2013
USSC has upheld basic regulation of abortion clinics multiple times. What are you talking about? Wendy Davis was also found to be completely ignorant on Gosnell/Pennsylvania law (and the results of that law) which was the basis for the Texas bill.
Elections used to have consequences
Fri Sep 20, 2013
So tired of you liberals and your failure to understand Civics. There are more elections than the Presidential election. Elections have consequences, and you lost the House of Representatives. How is that hard to understand?
A presidency is not on the line
Mon Sep 9, 2013
LOL. After how much Putin has made a mockery of Obama... you now want to credit Obama for making Putin bow to his will? Talk of delusion.
Now it's the 43 percent: Fewer households paying no federal income tax
Mon Sep 9, 2013
Less than most? 43% pay nothing in Federal Income Tax. How do those paying something pay less than most? You can look at the IRS effective tax rates by quintile. They will disprove your point though, so I bet you will avoid them. In reply to: John Doe-2241225 #39
